Certified Coder reviews clinical documentation, abstracts and code(s) based on AMA, CCI Polices, Government Regulations, Payer Policies, and ICD-10-CM guidelines. Coders will submit charges through IDX. Coding feedback will be sent to providers regularly. Coders will serve as a coding resource for their coding assignment(s). Identify trends and coding educational opportunities to management.
CANDIDATES MUST RESIDE IN MD, DC, PA, VA OR WVA
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Review documentation and follow AMA, Government Regulations, CCI, and ICD-10 CM guidelines to accurately select codes for billing in IDX.
Send provider feedback on code selections.
Bring coding trends and education opportunities to management.
Accurately code all faculty practice services for billing.
Upon completion of coding, charges are to be entered into the IDX billing system.
Enter all coded charges for billing into IDX.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Associate's Degree preferred
Certification/Licensure: CCS ,CCS-P, CPC or CPC-A
Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience

Evaluate and identify insurance payment variances from zero payments, full denials, and line-item denials, and determine root cause of underpayments.
Take necessary actions to recover insurance underpayments due to payer downcoding, incorrect coding, billing errors, system glitches, or payer policy changes.
Appeals management: Initiates appeals for payment variances. Contacts payer, gather and compare pricing information via EOBs, contracts, payor policies, patient benefits to effectively initiate appeals.
Collaborate with payer representatives and LifeBridge Health's Managed Care department to resolve billing disputes and recoup underpayments
.Reporting and communication: Generate comprehensive reports on payment variance trends, identify areas of improvement and communicate findings to leadership. HomeCare Maryland is seeking a compassionate and experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our growing Home Health team. In this role, you will perform skilled occupational therapy services in patients' homes, helping them regain independence and improve their quality of life through customized, evidence-based interventions.
As an Occupational Therapist with HomeCare Maryland, you'll conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to ensure exceptional outcomes for our patients across Baltimore City and Baltimore County.
Essential Functions:
Perform initial and ongoing assessments of patients' clinical and functional limitations, safety, and equipment needs in the home setting.
Conduct home visits according to prescribed schedules and patient needs.
Develop and implement personalized therapy plans of care based on assessment findings, including ADL and IADL functioning.
Establish realistic, individualized patient goals and revise them as conditions change.
Complete COTA (Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant) supervisory visits per agency policy and Medicare regulations.
Identify and refer patients to additional services when appropriate.
Document each visit, intervention, and patient progress accurately and timely in accordance with agency policy.
Communicate changes in patient condition to the physician and other members of the care team.
Participate in ongoing interdisciplinary collaboration and assessment for comprehensive patient care.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university (Master's degree preferred).
Current Occupational Therapist license in the State of Maryland.
Current BLS certification (American Heart Association - for healthcare providers).
3-5 years of clinical experience (prior home care experience strongly preferred).
Strong clinical, assessment, and documentation skills.

Position Summary

Coordinate physicists' monthly schedules to ensure all site visits are completed on time.
Maintain and update information in Microsoft Dynamics 365, reporting issues, assisting with testing in UAT, and training new users.
Enter and update client data, contracts, and site visit information in Dynamics 365.
Run and analyze reports to ensure all site visits are accurately scheduled and completed.
Schedule and track emergency site visits, ensuring accurate billing and documentation.
Provide callers with information or refer them to the appropriate staff member.
Support cross-functional teams by gaining knowledge of One Physics systems, business logic, and industry practices.
Quote & Purchase Order Management
Generate and provide quotes for service add-ons and clients requiring purchase orders (POs).
Acquire and track receipt of POs to ensure all necessary approvals and documentation are in place.
Enter new customers into client service software and update contract information in Dynamics 365.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure accurate billing and timely service authorization.
Report Management
Review reports for accuracy, detail, and thoroughness prior to distribution.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Supervises the day-to-day operations and performance of the team to provide the highest level of customer service for the customer
* Understands the overarching company strategy, as well as communicates and models the core values of the organization, to create a sense of teamwork and membership among employees
* Handles customer concerns and ensures an appropriate resolution
* Ensures proper store signage is maintained at all times, as well as the quality and freshness of ALDI products
* Assists in the hiring of store personnel by reviewing resumes and employment applications, as well as interviewing candidates
* Prepares, manages, and revises weekly schedules to ensure appropriate store staffing levels
* Establishes and communicates job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports to ensure mutual understanding and desired results
* Conducts store meetings
* Identifies training and development opportunities that will assist direct reports in achieving enhanced performance
* Conducts annual performance evaluations, recommending store personnel for advancement and termination as appropriate
* Achieves store payroll and total loss budgets
* Manages cash audits in conjunction with their direct leader according to company guidelines
* Monitors the competitive environment within the community and makes recommendations to the direct leader regarding adjustments necessary to maintain a competitive position
* Provides product feedback to their direct leader, including recommendations regarding new items to carry or those that should be discontinued
* Provides a safe environment for employees, customers, and vendors by identifying and rectifying hazards, ensuring proper ergonomics, and maintaining store equipment in proper working order
* Oversees product merchandising and maintains proper stock levels through appropriate product ordering
* Conducts store inventory counts and reconciliations according to company guidelines
* Complies with all established company policies and procedures while upholding the security and confidentiality of documents and data
* Other duties as assigned
Physical Demands:
* Ability to stock merchandise from store receiving to shelving; ability to place product, weighing up to 45 pounds, on shelving at various heights
* Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry and walk about the store

Education and Experience:
* High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
* A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in a retail environment
* A combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge
* Prior management experience preferred

* Full-Time Store Manager Trainees will often train at multiple locations and must have flexibility to travel within divisional requirements
