Job Summary and Qualifications
The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) ensures and delivers high quality, patient-centered care and coordination of all functions in the unit/department during the designated shift. In collaboration with other members of the management team, the CNC directs, monitors, and evaluates nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures, serves as a resource person for staff, and models a commitment to the organization's vision/mission/values to support an unparalleled patient experience and clinical outcomes that contribute to overall departmental performance.
What you will do in this role:
Assists with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high quality, patient-centered care.
Participates in the ongoing assessment of the quality of patient care services provided in the unit, in collaboration with other members of the management team.
Collaborates with subject matter experts and other managers to create an environment of teamwork that supports improved outcomes and service.
Supports a patient-first philosophy and engages in service recovery when necessary.
Supports the efforts of the facility to improve engagement by operationalizing current nursing strategies, including employee rounding, hourly rounds, and other initiatives.
Provides recommendations related to interviewing, selecting, and training new staff. Recommends and implements courses of action, including training and development, conflict resolution, personnel policy compliance, completion of performance evaluations, and/or disciplinary actions to ensure a competitively better organization.
Assists with staff scheduling. Manages all practical aspects of staff labor in accordance with patient care needs and established productivity guidelines.

Our imaging teams are a committed, caring group of professionals. We are currently seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team on a PRN/per diem/as-needed basis. Graduate of an accredited and AMA-approved Nuclear Medicine Technology training program

Valid ARRT (N) and/or NMTCB certification required
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire; ACLS within 6 months of hire

The practice consists of two pathologists who also remotely cover the surgical and cytology volumes at HCA Florida Englewood hospital (100 beds with approximately 1,400 surgical specimens and 100 non-gyn cytology specimens per year). No gyn cytology or autopsy coverage.

Job Summary and Qualifications
We are currently seeking a Clinical Dietitian to join our team! As our Clinical Dietitian, you will coordinate all phases of nutrition care including nutrition assessment, care planning, monitoring, education and counseling of hospitalized patients and outpatients in a variety of settings. You will also perform duties in support of and in compliance with performance improvement plans, JCAHO, and other licensing, accrediting, and regulatory agencies. What you will do in this role:
* You will demonstrate responsibility and accountability in planning and organizing the nutritional care of patients.
* You will assess patient nutritional needs, diet restrictions, etc. to develop and implement dietary care plans and provide nutritional counseling.
* You will develop measurable short and long-term nutritional goals and evaluate to desired outcomes.
* You will ensure the accurate calculation of nutritional needs based upon individual therapeutic need.
* You will ensure documentation in medical record is timely, accurate and in accordance with PCD guidelines.
* You will monitor and inspect meal service for conformance to prescribed diets and standards of palatability and appearance.
* You will participate in rounding and proactively respond to patient needs to improve patient outcomes that will positively affect the overall patient experience.
* You will contribute to a culture of patient centered care by ensuring a quiet healing environment.
What Qualifications you will need:
* Bachelor's Degree in Food and Nutrition, Dietetics, Nutritional Sciences, Human Nutrition, or comparable major.
* Minimum of1 year experience as a Registered Dietitian in an acute care environment OR successful completion of coordinated program or dietetic internship of not less than 900 hours under the supervision of a Registered Dietitian.
* Licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist (LDN) by the Florida Board of Dietetics and Nutrition; Registered dietitian (RD) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration. Candidates eligible for registration may be hired with the understanding that registration will be achieved within 90 days of hire.
