Unlock your potential! **Job Summary and Qualifications** The Director of Facility Management (DFM) is responsible for optimizing the daily operations of the Facility Management department, for a facility between 200,000-500,000 square feet in size. In collaboration with the hospital executive team, Divisional Director of Facility Management and Regional Director of Engineering, the DFM is responsible for arranging maintenance schedules and projects, orchestrating personnel and contractors to complete building repairs and renovations, and maintaining inventory of infrastructure assets, maintenance tools, and supplies utilizing HCA Healthcare technology platforms.
