This position completes assigned duties to ensure that products are received, put away, accurately picked or packaged in a timely manner for Inbound/Outbound Job Responsibilities · Frequently reaches above shoulder level to lift or otherwise move objects that weigh between 50-100 pounds (assisted) when unloading and sorting pallet products · Pushes and pulls frequently · Functions and operates comfortably in a very active fast-paced environment · Follows verbal and written instructions, reads paperwork/manifestos to complete tasks. · Operates a forklift and/or pallet jack to pull product for production use · Completes workload safely and efficiently, following all safety standards, procedures and processes · Regularly ensures that product reloading is properly handled to minimize damage to products · Use of PPE when required · Submits paperwork correctly · Completes other duties as assigned · Use RF Scanners Requirements · High school diploma or GED · Valid license to operate company equipment · Previous Warehouse work experience helpful · Reach Truck, Cherry picker, Sit-down Forklift experience · Willingness to learn and apply new skills · Great attention to detail · Diligence and punctuality Physical Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that are required by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. · While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. · Ability to work in open environment with fluctuating temperatures and standard lighting. · Required to use stairwells to attend meetings and engage with employees on multiple floors throughout building.
