Responsible for the analysis, support, and maintenance of network and end-user computing needs in a manufacturing or office environment. They will install and maintain end-user desktop systems, maintaining consistent operating systems and applications on the user desktop. This position will also provide direct support to the end-users, including hardware and software issues. They will update help desk software tickets and documentation as appropriate.
