Qualifications Education & Experience Associate or bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred. 5+ years of hands-on IT support experience. Experience in a professional service or multi-location environment a plus. Technical Skills Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and network fundamentals. Familiarity with cybersecurity tools and best practices. Experience with troubleshooting hardware, software, and cloud-based applications. Understanding of backup systems, endpoint management, and mobile device management (MDM). Experience contributing to IT planning, project coordination, or process improvement is preferred.
