Position Summary SAMGI is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to support its trauma and surgical hospitalist program at JFK Memorial Hospital. This role functions as part of a collaborative care team, providing evaluation, management, and coordination of trauma and acute surgical patients under the supervision of SAMGI surgeons. This role supports trauma surgeons and critical care teams in a high\-acuity, high\-volume Level I trauma and ICU environment, with opportunities to participate in both clinical care and academic activities. The APP functions as a core member of the multidisciplinary care team, working closely with surgeons, residents, fellows, ICU staff, and consulting services.
