Head of Provider Growth
Develop Health Inc.
Home health aid job in Menlo Park, CA
Develop Health is on a mission to use AI to radically accelerate access to life‑saving medications. By automating complex, manual healthcare processes-like benefit verification and prior authorization-we've grown from $0 to >$10M in annual recurring revenue in less than 2 years, and currently help more than 400,000 new patients every month.
We're partnering with some of the largest pharmacy benefit managers and payers in the nation, revolutionizing how healthcare interactions occur by eliminating human delays and inefficiencies. Our small, elite team of founders and engineers have previously launched and exited successful healthcare startups including Rupa Health and Canvas Medical. We are now scaling rapidly following a major funding round.
About the Role
We're looking for a builder - someone who wants to take a messy zero-to-one commercial motion and turn it into something that works, fast. As our first Head of Provider Growth, you'll own provider adoption end-to-end: testing channels, refining targeting, knocking on clinic doors with our first reps, and scaling the system once we know it works.
This role is perfect for someone who has built growth engines before (in startups, agencies, or their own companies), loves rapid experimentation, and wants to have massive impact in a short amount of time. If you're energized by figuring things out, learning new markets quickly, and driving toward a real number, you'll thrive here.
What You'll Do - Impact in Your First 3-6 Months
Own the growth target. Build and execute a plan to reach meaningful PA volume across provider settings.
Run fast experiments. Test messages, channels, outreach methods, and install flows to identify what moves the needle fastest.
Get your hands dirty. Shadow field reps, visit clinics, talk to staff, learn the real workflows, and refine our pitch based on firsthand insight.
Target smarter. Partner with our Head of Strat/FinOps to map specialties, geos, and practice types with the highest PA density and frictionless install paths.
Create momentum. Build a simple but effective engine: outbound sequences, enrichment, list building, mini‑landing pages, CRM flows, funnel dashboards.
Produce early proof points. Deliver data that shows what works, what doesn't, and where we should double down.
What You'll Own - Once the Motion Works
Scale the playbook. Turn early wins into a repeatable, efficient GTM system.
Build the team. Hire the team you need to support and scale the motion you prove.
Optimize for leverage. Use automation, lightweight tools, and creative channel tactics to keep CAC low and velocity high.
Partner deeply with Product + Life Sciences. Share real‑world workflow insights that shape product decisions and help funder‑facing teams land partnerships.
Who You Are
You've built zero-to-one growth engines before - maybe at a startup, maybe at your own company, maybe as the first GTM hire somewhere.
You're comfortable doing the hands‑on work: outreach, targeting, data pulls, experiments, dashboards, even jumping into a clinic visit.
You love learning new markets fast and figuring out “where the volume is.”
You'd rather launch something messy tomorrow than plan something perfect for next month.
You bias toward velocity, iteration, and ownership.
You're energized by the idea of owning a number and building the system that achieves it.
What You'll Bring on Day 1
5+ years in growth, GTM, marketing, market development, sales ops, or similar roles with real execution responsibility.
Demonstrated success running experiments, building acquisition channels, and scaling what works.
Comfort jumping between strategy and hands‑on execution - sometimes in the same hour.
Strong analytical instincts: segmentation, funnel analysis, basic sheets, experiment testing frameworks.
Ability to self‑start: you don't wait for perfect context, you create clarity through action.
Bonus Points
You've built growth loops in scrappy environments with limited resources.
Experience with healthcare workflows or EHR ecosystems (not required - we'll teach you).
You've been the “first GTM hire” or grown something from zero to one.
You enjoy hacking together tools + lightweight automation to scale your impact.

Cat Sitters visit cats in client's homes for drop in visits (30, 45, or 60 minutes) once or twice daily or for 10 hour overnight stays. Before your first sitting visit, you'll meet each client and their cat in person for a meet and greet in their home, winning them over with your warm smile, demeanor and professional approach. You'll go over the whole care routine, finding out where things are in the home, and discuss contingency plans for emergencies. About Us
The Cat Care Equation = Reliability + Responsibility + Responsiveness.
Every single cat owner we've met considers their cat an essential part of their family. But, when they go away, knowing what to do and where to turn can be a hard road to navigate. Especially when there are so many seemingly “easy” options out there.
In our modern society, it can be challenging finding a cat sitter who is reliable, responsible, and responsive. We've seen all too often pet sitters who don't recognize the profound importance of this. A negligent, inattentive, unknowledgeable cat sitter is not a lesson to be learned, it can be a travesty for both you and your cat.
Since 2014, we've been a trusted provider of professional in-home cat care. Whether it's a shy senior cat or a rambunctious kitten, we provide individualized care with a focus on professionalism and love.
“Finding a reliable, responsive, and professional cat sitter these days is hard. Providing the highest quality service to our clients is of utmost importance to our company. Your trust and respect must not be violated by anyone you hire to care for your beloved cat and home.”
