Estimated Salary Range:

We are seeking a Senior QA Engineer / Cross-Functional Coordinator with mandatory hands-on expertise in Selenium automation and Salesforce testing. This role is designed for a highly experienced QA professional who can own automation strategy, validate Salesforce-driven business processes, and coordinate testing efforts across multiple teams. 🛠 Key Responsibilities (Mandatory Focus Areas)
Design, develop, and execute automated test solutions using Selenium WebDriver (mandatory).
Perform end-to-end Salesforce testing, including validation of Salesforce workflows, integrations, UI, and business processes (mandatory).
Act as a Cross-Functional QA Coordinator, working closely with development, Salesforce teams, product owners, business stakeholders, and release management to align testing scope, timelines, and quality expectations (mandatory).
Lead automation framework development, enhancement, and maintenance with a strong focus on scalability and reusability.
Review business and functional requirements (including Salesforce requirements), identify gaps, and convert them into detailed test plans, test cases, and automation scripts.
Execute functional, regression, integration, and UI testing across Salesforce and non-Salesforce applications.
Drive defect triage meetings, ensure accurate defect tracking, and partner with teams to achieve timely resolution.
Provide clear testing metrics, risk assessments, and quality status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
Enforce QA best practices, automation standards, and continuous improvement initiatives across teams.
🎯 Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)
12+ years of professional QA experience, with a strong emphasis on automation and enterprise application testing.
Hands-on, recent experience with Selenium WebDriver and test automation frameworks (mandatory).
Direct experience testing Salesforce applications (Salesforce UI, workflows, integrations, reports, or custom objects) - mandatory.
Proven experience acting as a Cross-Functional Coordinator, working across development, Salesforce, product, and business teams.
Strong understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, Agile/Scrum practices, and defect management tools (JIRA, ALM, etc.).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
Must be authorized to work on W2 (US Citizen, Green Card Holder, or H1-B).

* Administrative documentation of launch operations, cleaning, and maintenance.
* Execution of safe, secure, clean, and comfortable onboard environment for passengers and crew.
* Maintain exemplar professional grooming and uniform appearance.
* Typical Schedule: March through November. 6 weeks on, 3 weeks off. Additional flexibility may be possible during winter months.
Qualifications:
* U.S. Coast Guard Master's license: Masters 100T.
* Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC).
* Piloting and Boat Handling experience on coastal and river waterways: minimum 6months, desired 1yr.
* Self-disciplined work habits and personal grooming.
* Good communication skills and team skills.
* Pre-employment drug test and continual participation in random testing.
