Monitor dining room capacity and manage guest flow to minimize wait times and maximize seating efficiency. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any seating-related issues promptly and professionally. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/hostess station and entrance area. Assist with opening and closing duties as required, including setting up the dining area and preparing for service.
