What It Takes Must be 18 years or older and meet all state requirements for alcohol service. Able to read training materials, complete testing, and follow instructions in English. Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required-we'll train the right teammate! Ability to stand, walk, bend, carry trays up to 25 lbs, and work on your feet for extended periods. Strong communication skills and a natural, friendly, customer-focused attitude. Ability to multitask, balance multiple plates or orders, and remain calm under pressure.
