Operators are responsible for the safe and efficient operation of plant equipment and performing site work based on accepted company procedures. Duties will include overseeing the loading and unloading of materials, monitoring inventory levels, testing material, conducting routine inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Comply with Eco Material Technologies Safety Policies and Procedures
Promote safe work habits to help create a zero-injury safety culture
Attends regular safety meeting and follows all safety guidelines as required
Maintain communication with utility
Monitor and record levels of fly ash in silos and place orders as needed.
Pulls samples of fly ash from loads and silos for testing and performs required tests
Loads trucks, rail cars or barges with fly ash directly from the silo
Unloads trucks, rail cars, or other deliver system to fill fly ash silos
Weighs trucks and rail cars and records the information in relevant operating system or production sheet and creates tickets for billing
Operates all loading equipment for loading trucks and/or rail cars including: water truck, dump truck, vacuum truck, or forklift on site when required
Operate production equipment including start up and shut down
Assists in the disposal operation where required
Performs maintenance on grounds, equipment and facilities as directed
Responsible for all paperwork and reports as required
Regular attendance, timeliness, and scheduling flexibility
Report any safety, quality of equipment maintenance items to Supervisor
Assist with maintenance repairs and projects
Other duties as assigned

Ensure the home has adequate provisions for household supplies, groceries, etc.
Required Skills:
Writing skills adequate to write narrative accounts of daily events and emails to team members.

Job Description
In this exciting role you are responsible for the coordination and supervising one to two residential programs that specialize in supporting individuals with challenging behavioral and mental health needs. As a Mental Health Program Director your two key priorities include supervising and training of mental health specialists and ensuring all aspects of the program are developed, implemented, coordinated, and monitored to the highest degree possible.
HOURS WORKED
Full-time organizational position (may be part-time within any given home). The MHPD's schedule must be flexible to accommodate various program, individuals, and staff needs.
The MHPD is always on-call, unless prior arrangements have been made for someone of comparable authority to receive emergency calls.
MHPD's are expected to ensure all direct service shifts in their programs are filled by staff who have met Dungarvin conditions of employment and have been adequately oriented and trained to perform their jobs. Occasionally, MHPD's will find it necessary to work direct service shifts, but such work should normally not exceed 16 hours per week. If a MHPD finds it is necessary to work more than 16 hours of direct service in any work week, he/she must notify his/her supervisor in advance, in accordance with Dungarvin Policy A-02: WAGE AND SALARY DETERMINATION. If notification cannot be made in advance the MHPD is expected to notify his/her supervisor as soon as possible.
If schedule adjustment is necessary, arrangements should be made with the director.
Starting Salary $65,000.00 - $66,787.50 annually *Listed salary range is based on experience level and may vary depending on an individuals skills and qualifications.

* 3 years of experience supervising programs that oversee services for people with behavioral and serious persistent mental health needs.
* A four-year degree in behavioral science, or related field, preferred.
* Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record

QUALIFICATIONS:
Counselor Level:
High School Diploma with 4000 hours of working with children and families under the direct clinical supervision of a licensed mental health professional or;
Bachelor's degree with 2000 hours of working with children and families under the direct supervision of a licensed mental health professional or;
Bachelor's degree in behavioral health or related field and completed a practicum or internship that requires direct interaction with adults and children and is focused on behavioral sciences or related fields' or;
Master's degree in human services related field.
Licensure Candidate:
Completed master's degree and working toward licensure(LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP). We provide licensure supervision.
Licensed Therapist:
Fully Licensed Mental Health Professional (LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP).
EXPERIENCE:
