Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications Skills & Knowledge: Strong understanding of HVAC systems, controls, and electrical wiring. Proficient in reading blueprints, wiring diagrams, and control schematics. Familiar with BAS/controls systems (Johnson, Trane, Carrier, Daikin, etc.).
