QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience: 2-5 years' experience (installation experience plus) as an HVACtechnician.
Licenses: Valid HVACtechnician license and driver's license.

Physical Requirements: Ability to work in various conditions, including confined spaces and at heights; physical stamina and dexterity.

The Service Technician II position is qualified and skilled in maintaining and servicing commercial grade HVAC equipment including but not limited to unitary products up to 50-ton package units, boilers, and heat exchangers without supervision. Pay range: $25-$33 per hour.
Service Tech III - The Service Technician III has required accreditations including EPA certification and generally has more than 5 years' experience in the field of HVAC service and repair. The Service Technician III position is qualified and skilled in maintaining and servicing commercial grade HVAC equipment, including but not limited to, unitary products up to 50-ton package units, boilers, heat exchangers, control valves, chillers (including retrofitting) without supervision. Pay range: $33-$42 per hour.
Chiller Tech - The Chiller Technician has required accreditations including EPA certification, extensive training and certifications from multiple manufacturers and reps, and extensive, customer verifiable, experience with applied equipment service, maintenance and diagnostic/repair work to meet or exceed 8 years. The Chiller Technician position is qualified and skilled in maintaining and servicing commercial and industrial grade HVAC equipment, including but not limited to, unitary products up to 50-ton package units, AHUs, VAV, VFDs, boilers, heat exchangers, control valves, air-cooled and water-cooled chillers (including tear down/rebuild processes) without supervision.
