Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and/or replace all plumbing issues promptly. Perform water heater repairs and installations. Clear clogged drains using various cable machines. Conduct pipe repairs, garbage disposal replacements, toilet repairs and replacements, and sink repairs and replacements. Perform crawl space and under-home repairs, excavation, and sewer mainline repairs. Provide multiple options to customers in the form of "Good, Better, Best." Provide clear explanations of diagnoses and proper solutions. Qualifications: 2+ years of residential plumbing experience is required. MUST have a valid California driver's license. Job Description Title Field Technician Reports To Service Manager The Field Technician is responsible for troubleshooting and resolving equipment needs on-site with customers. Involves diagnosing and repairing equipment performance issues according to required specifications of the client's equipment and operational needs. When not in the field, the Field Technician works on the production floor as an Assembly Mechanic reporting to the Operations Manager. Must be able to travel.
