The Software Support Intern is responsible for collaborating and assisting our Developers resolve a wide range of technical software issues on our product by troubleshooting via telephone, email and/or remote session. A solid foundation in JavaScript is required.
The RF-SMART Internship Program exists to partner with students to equip them with the skills they need to become successful professionals while they complete meaningful work at RF-SMART, while supporting our mission of transforming our customers and changing lives.
Eligibility Requirements:
To be eligible for the RF-SMART Summer Internship Program, students must meet the following requirements:
Enrolled in a degree program at the time of the internship
Considered a Junior or Senior by credit hours
Available to work 40 hours per week on-site at US East Office in Jacksonville, FL or US West in Highlands Ranch, CO
Eligible to work in the United States of America for any employer without the need for future sponsorship
Details of the Program:
Duration: 5/12/2025 - 8/1/2025 (12 Weeks)
Hours: 40hrs per Week (9am-5pm Eastern Time)
Pay: $25 per Hour
Learning & Development Activities: Approximately 5-6hrs per Week of these activities including: Group Project, Meet the Leader Sessions, Mentorship Program, and classes focused on professional growth
