Partner with IT and business leaders to develop business cases, prioritize projects, manage risks and dependencies, drive IT resource capacity planning, and maintain organizational communication plans related to IT projects and initiatives. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES** + Develop, execute, and maintain a comprehensive IT project portfolio management strategy to ensure alignment with business objectives, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. + Maintain an accurate inventory of IT projects, regularly assess and reprioritize projects based on strategic goals, and monitor project progress throughout the project lifecycle. + Lead IT project requests from a conceptual phase through formal project initiation.
