About the Opportunity: The Quality Team Lead will play a critical role in maintaining and improving the quality systems, processes, and culture at Pursuit Aerospace. Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to resolve quality issues and support production goals. Lead the team with a strong sense of urgency to meet customer delivery needs while ensuring there is never a compromise on safety or quality standards. Escalate significant quality issues and customer complaints as necessary. Promote a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement. Required Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent required. 5+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing or a similar regulated industry. 5+ Experience with inspection tools, GD&T, and reading technical drawings. 1+ years in a supervisory or team lead role. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without sponsorship now or in the future.
