JOB SUMMARY The Quality Inspector position conducts origination inspection of parts and supplies, ensuring the quality of products through thorough assessment and analyses using specific procedural standards. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES Follows standardized procedures to perform first part, final and receiving inspections on a wide variety of parts and assemblies. Utilizes standard mechanical and electrical instruments, functional gauges and test rigs. Accurately compares products to engineering drawings/specifications, purchase order and inspection plans using common manual inspection equipment. Identifies and documents non-conformances.
