Communicate and effectively interact with other contractors and building owners.
Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications, software/systems programs, schematics, and operational product manuals.
Identify out of scope requests by the contractor or customer and notify management of pending changes.
Identify and assist with suggested solutions for an efficient installation to complete scope.
Foreman and Technicians, assist customers on site with all questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Effectively communicate project status to management.
Complete all appropriate company paperwork as required.
Industry related BICSI, NICET and/or State Certification is preferred.

This position earns a competitive salary of $45,000-$55,000 per year and has access to benefits after 90 days of employment. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A LEAD RESIDENTIAL HVAC INSTALLER - INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN
Minimum of five (5) years of verifiable residential installation experience (commercial experience will be considered)
Ability to work "off-hours" and weekends as needed
Clean driving record
Proven track record in heating and cooling systems
The ability to draw simple diagrams, read blueprints, and other diagrams
Strong verbal and written communication skills

What You'll Do:

What You'll Bring:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC installation and maintenance.
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
Experience with low & high voltage wiring.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
EPA certification and other relevant certifications/licenses preferred, but not required.
