Typical Duties Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot commercial and industrial HVAC systems Diagnose issues and repair to the electronic control board level Replace faulty breakers, controls, thermostats, switches, fuses, and wiring Repair and maintain motors, compressors, pumps, fans, and blowers Record and track pressure, temperature, airflow, and humidity data Ensure adherence to safety standards and maintain current certifications Work on refrigeration and water systems (experience a plus) Qualifications EPA Certification for refrigerant handling (required) Minimum 4 years of experience servicing industrial HVAC systems Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, and instructions Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities under pressure Valid driver's license and clean driving record (required to operate company vehicle) Availability to work on-call, after-hours, and weekends as needed Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and professionally Physical Requirements Stand/walk up to 8 hours daily Lift, push, or pull up to 75 pounds and carry short distances Stoop, crawl, crouch, twist, bend, kneel, and work in confined spaces Climb ladders and work on rooftops or above ceilings Work in outdoor environments year-round What We Offer Supportive, team-oriented work environment Competitive pay (based on experience) Medical, dental, and vision insurance Company-paid life insurance and short-/long-term disability 401(k) plan with 100% company match up to 4% Eight paid holidays per year Two weeks of paid vacation in your first year “Build The Future with AC Corporation, a Crete United Company” AC Corporation is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
