Position Summary:
This position is responsible for the construction and repair of units in compliance with Satellite Shelter's policies and procedures and according to specifications aligned by Operations Manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Yard organization and cleanliness
Mobile office material inventory management
Organize, maintain, load & unload furniture (Satellite Specialty Products)
Remove and replace lighting, plumbing and electrical
Perform moderate carpentry work/repair.
Interface with customers at job sites
Perform other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities: No formal supervisory role.
Required Skills:

What you will do
Perform HVAC Control systems programming, troubleshooting, installation, commissioning, and preventative maintenance as it is related to mechanical, electrical, and low voltage controls components.
Respond to service and warranty calls using Johnson Controls configuration and commissioning tools as well as a variety of hand tools including electrical testing meters and other electronic testing equipment.

How you will do it
Loading Johnson Controls field and network level controller software.

JOB OVERVIEW:
As our FTTH Fiber to the home technician, you will be one of the initial points of contacts for our customers ensuring they experience a seamless installation process ensuring the highest level of customer experience is exceeded by providing an ultra-high-speed internet service.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform cable testing and documentation for all media types.
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot fiber optic systems and networks.
Handle optical fiber-related tasks, including cable pulling, suspension, fiber termination, fusion splicing, and testing, following NEC and local regulations.
Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality service to business and residential customers.
REQUIRED SKILLS / ABILITIES:
Strong teamwork and customer service skills.
Basic computer and home networking knowledge; experience with electronic audio/video systems is a plus.
Proficiency in using tools such as drills, cable cutters, and hammer drills.
Ability to follow safety guidelines, including wearing required PPE.
Capability to work in various weather and environmental conditions.
Strong work ethic with the ability to complete tasks neatly and efficiently.
Ability to interpret prints and follow color-coordinated routing.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or GED preferred; college or technical/vocational training is a plus.
Valid Florida Driver's License required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to work at heights up to 30 feet, including using ladders and hand climbing utility poles with gaffs.

The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of electrical systems, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations is crucial to this role.
Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair low voltage systems.
Follow blueprint and schematic diagrams to determine the location of wiring and equipment.
Inspect installation sites to ensure safety and adequacy of wiring.

Qualifications:
