What You'll Do
Lead and mentor an installation crew, setting the tone for teamwork and accountability
Manage installation of MillerKnoll and other commercial furniture product lines
Review drawings/blueprints and ensure installs meet project standards
Troubleshoot issues on site and keep projects moving smoothly
Communicate daily with the project team, clients, and contractors in a professional, solutions-focused way
Train newer installers in Pigott's standards and help build their skills
Take ownership of job readiness, site preparation, and follow-through to client sign-off
What We're Looking For
Experience leading crews in installation, construction, carpentry, or a related field
Hands-on skills with power tools, product assembly, and safe material handling
Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, or blueprints
Strong communication and leadership-able to direct a team and keep projects on track
High school diploma or GED (minimum); 2-3 years of related installation experience preferred
Willingness to work in a physical, fast-moving environment (lifting up to 64 lbs, bending, kneeling, etc.)

Reads work order form and other specifications to determine method of installation, work procedures, and material, tool, and work aid requirements.
Removes existing windows and doors.
Measures, marks, and cuts existing opening to appropriate dimensions for new products.
Secures windows and doors to walls/openings, according to the installation guidelines published by Pella Corporation and within the quality standards established by Pella Corporation.
Installs window and doors hardware.
Patches drywall as required.
Measures, cuts, assembles, and installs metal framing and decorative trim for windows and doorways.
Cleans job site after installation.
Communicates effectively with customers and serves as a reputable Pella representative on all jobsites.
Asks customer to complete Certificate of Completion. Strives for 100% “Very Satisfied” customers.
Demonstrates a commitment to the highest quality of work.
Provide second measures and/or field inspections as required.
Works in a way that prevents damage to product
Ensures that all product/material removed from the warehouse has been scanned by warehouse personnel
Ensures that warehouse personnel and/or material coordinator is alerted to any product/material returns
Uses, maintains, and stores company provided tools appropriately
Meets company safety requirements by keeping work area neat and clean, following safety precautions and wearing required safety apparel (i.e. shoes, safety glasses, fall protection, etc.), and reporting any safety issues to the manager.

Job Summary and Responsibilities
SUMMARY
The Telecommunications Equipment Installer IV - Lead is responsible for the installation and maintenance of telecommunication equipment for a variety of carriers. This includes fiber, transport equipment and all critical infrastructures within a central office. This lead role will provide high-quality service in customer technical spaces including data centers, mobile telephone switch centers, central office wire centers, and designated enterprise spaces.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: Overtime and Saturday may be required based on business need. Other duties may be assigned:
Physically place, remove, or modify working and non-working equipment including the following:
Install superstructure components in support of cabling systems such as auxiliary bars, threaded rods, cable racking, cable trays, wire basket systems, etc...
Cutting, filing, drilling, modifying infrastructure components and working with various tools such as bandsaw, hammer drill, jigsaw, ratchet/sockets, etc…
Installation of data equipment cabinets and frames, data servers, switches, routers, repeaters, bridges, gateways, multiplexers, transceivers, firewalls.
Making connections terminations to BDFBs and fuse panels.
Identify, label, measure, terminate and physically route power cables to servers, switches, and other equipment, adhering to electrical safety standards.
Identify, label, measure, terminate and physically route fiber optic and copper cables for high-speed data transmission, ensuring precise cable management and minimal signal loss
Set up and install power distribution units (PDUs), ensuring redundancy and proper load balancing to prevent power issues.
Conduct testing and document performance characteristics of hardware and software; determine efficiency, reliability, and compatibility with existing system.
Conduct fiber light meter, CAT5/6 and volt ohm meter testing to ensure proper levels, continuity, and termination points.
Perform advanced test and turn-up as well as other integration activities.
Resolve equipment and technical issues as they arise.
Read, analyze, and interpret detailed specifications and drawings, blueprints, schematics, and method of procedures (MOPs)
Perform quality validation on in-process and completed work.
Complete operations paperwork (e.g., expense reports, timesheets, job documentation, etc.) including daily job status reports as requested.
May oversee the work of less experienced installers; assume responsibility for the successful completion of installation projects.
Act as a customer contact; interface with customers and local supervisors regarding project status
Interact with all members of the organization including Installation, Engineering, Project Management
Perform other duties as requested.

Position Summary: The Field Installation Trainer is responsible for training and improving the proficiency of subcontracting installation teams to build value and quality with customers through training and field engagement.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Train, coach, and develop installation subcontractors both in the office and in the field.
Improve subcontractor retention rates through impactful training and engagement.
Ensure jobs are installed daily to improve location attainment and effectiveness.
Responsible for driving proficiency and efficiency amongst installation subcontractors.
Installation training subject matter expert; able to teach all aspects of installing LeafFilter products on all types of homes.
Identify weaknesses of individuals and teams and create, or assist with the creation of, ad hoc training events to improve performance.
Work with the Installation Managers on individual performance, abilities, and capacities of the installers.
Partner with leadership to identify systemic training gaps and propose solutions to address them.
Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Experience and Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
3+ years of successful experience in home construction, remodeling, and/or installation.
Track record of successful training, coaching, and onboarding of subcontractors.
Strong customer service focus and ability to interact with customers.
Must have a reliable truck or work van
Multi-height and adjustable ladders (28+ feet in height) (LeafFilter applicants only)
Functioning tools to include drills, speed square, saw or grinder, etc.
Ability to frequently be on ladders up to the 2nd story of a home. (LeafFilter applicants only)
Ability to juggle various work activities and shift their attention from one task to another to meet the demands of different stakeholders without “dropping the ball.”

This position is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of Burglar Alarm Systems, Access Control Systems, and IP Video Surveillance Systems. Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and service electronic security systems and related components
Drill and prepare structural surfaces (walls, ceilings, floors, etc.) for cable routing
Route and secure cabling through access points, wall cavities, and ceiling spaces
Interpret and follow blueprints, schematics, and installation manuals
Evaluate installation sites and determine appropriate materials and procedures
Troubleshoot and verify system functionality, including circuits and sensors
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Utilize hand tools and specialized equipment with accuracy and care
Perform additional duties as assigned to support project completion
Requirements
2-3 years of relevant field experience in security system installation or service
