These systems encompass a variety of materials, including urethane cement, epoxy, polyurethane, acrylic, and methyl methacrylate (MMA), each with unique properties suited to different environments. The installer prepares surfaces, mixes and applies these liquid compounds, and ensures proper curing to create high-performance floor surfaces. Key Responsibilities: Prepare Surfaces: Thoroughly inspect and prepare concrete or other substrates to ensure they are clean, dry, and free of contaminants that could compromise adhesion. This may involve shot blasting, grinding, patching, or applying primers and moisture barriers. Mix and Apply Flooring Materials: Accurately measure and mix liquid flooring components according to manufacturer specifications, ensuring proper ratios and consistency.
