The Experience, Skills, and Abilities Needed: Required: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution. 10+ years' experience in the healthcare industry. 2+ years' experience in a sales, client management, business development, or professional services supporting consultative sales. Preferred: Experience as a STERIS Project Design Manager, or equivalent clinical consultative sales role in the SPD or Periop space. Engineering or construction knowledge, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, architectural, and code compliance. Personnel management with direct reports, focused on growth, development, and retention. Experience in contract negotiation and addendum review. Pay range for this opportunity is $118,00- $150,000.
