These positions are in support of Seymour Johnson Air Force Base either working on base with military members and their families or in local schools with high populations of military children attending. Provides the full breadth of MFLC consultation and counseling services to the command structure and military service members and their families at military installations. These positions are in support of Seymour Johnson Air Force Base either working on base with military members and their families or in local schools with high populations of military children attending. The Community Support Team Licensed Substance Abuse Professional works as part of a team for adults to plan, coordinate, and monitor services through the provision of direct and indirect services to eligible persons served. Persons in this position are required, at a minimum , to have a four-year degree in a human service field and two years of experience with the mental health population and be a licensed Substance Abuse Professional. Licensure qualifications may include CCS, LCAS, LCAS-A, or Certified Alcohol Drug Counselor (CADC). Persons with a non-human service degree may be considered if they have 4 years of mental health experience. At least one year of the experience must be with adults. Staff with a higher level of credentials may fulfill this job position. Community Support Team service recipients must meet medical necessity criteria, per the CST service definition.
