    Intensive in-home counselor job in Utica, NY

    Job Description RCIL is looking for Student Workers to: Review paper and electronic files for required documentation using a checklist. Become thoroughly trained and proficient in the CDPAP process. Effectively address and resolve consumer issues, escalating concerns when resolution is not possible and ensuring timely follow-up as needed. Track missing or incomplete items. Follow up as needed (via email and phone calls) to request missing items. File documents in paper and electronic files as appropriate. Provide production reports as needed. Data entry as needed. Who may be considered: Current college students, 18 years and older. The successful candidate will be able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, with the option of additional hours based on program needs. Hours must be completed during RCIL's business hours of Monday-Friday between 8:30amam-4pm. Good customer service and computer skills including Microsoft Excel. Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Work Experience Requirements: Must attend a school/accredited college.
