Job Summary
As an Air Logistics Warehouse Associate you will contribute to the timely delivery of Express packages by loading and unloading of air freight containers, moving these containers from airplane to truck for on-time delivery to our customers at our airport location. This job is a cross-dock operation; your role is to move Express packages from aircraft to warehouse to trucks with no/minimal storage. Our indoor facility is an open-air environment and not temperature controlled, and you may work in or around aircraft. Responsibilities
Load and unload Express packages from air freight containers to and from semi-trucks in a widely dispersed area.
Sorting, scanning and movement of small packages within the warehouse.
Buildup / Breakdown package containers ready for outbound/inbound flights.
Removal of tie-downs and other gear when loading and unloading.
Operate air freight handling equipment such as pallet jacks and gaylords (push carts).
Weighing, labeling, or make/break-down of gaylords or air freight containers .
Check air express containers for proper piece count, weight, dimensions and documents as appropriate per air safety and security guidelines.
Report to position on time, as scheduled, including mandatory overtime requirements, varying shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Successfully complete required computer based and on the job trainings .
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and performance standards .
Perform all functions in accordance with safety procedures and policies.
Work outdoors with exposure to extreme weather/elements, engine noise, and noxious fumes.
Minimum Requirements
• High School Diploma, GED or international equivalent required.
• One-year experience in similar role preferred not required.
• Valid Driver's license.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) and holidays. Peak Season (November-December) may require longer hours.
• Ability to read, write and understand the English language.
• Ability to understand and react to verbal commands and safety warnings, with and without, assistance of sight or visual aids.
Preferred Skills
• Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends (i.e., Friday, Saturday and Sunday), and holidays.
• Ability to judge distances.

Key Responsibilities
Inventory Control & Transactions
Execute & monitor daily inventory transactions, including receipts, transfers, issues, adjustments, and cycle counts
Maintain accurate inventory records within NetSuite (WMS/MRP)
Perform Root Cause Analysis, completing reconciliation for any inventory discrepancies, variances, or identified trends that impact inventory accuracy
Support inventory movements between the warehouse, production, mixing, and staging areas
Receiving & Documentation
Verify incoming materials against purchase orders and packing slips
Enter receiving transactions accurately and promptly
Ensure proper lot tracking, expiration dates, and labeling compliance
File and maintain inventory documentation per company standards
Cycle Counts, Physical Inventory, & Auditing
Perform routine cycle counts and assist with full physical inventories
Document variances and escalate discrepancies for resolution
Support internal audits and inventory accuracy initiatives
Cross-Functional Support
Communicate inventory issues or shortages to Operations, Production, Accounting/Finance, and Purchasing
Support production by ensuring materials are accurately issued and available
Partner with Quality and Warehouse teams to maintain GMP-compliant inventory practices
Perform process audits to validate that the systemic and physical inventory movement meets requirements (SOP, NetSuite, etc.)
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
2-4 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or manufacturing preferred
Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry
Basic computer skills and experience using inventory, WMS, MRP, SAP, or ERP systems (or willingness to learn)
Ability to lift to 40 lbs consistently
Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with lot-controlled or regulated inventory (CPG, food, cosmetics, chemical manufacturing)
Familiarity with cycle counting and reconciliation processes
Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, WMS, or MRP or similar
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Summary
The Transmission Material Specialist is responsible for hands-on inventory management within the storeroom, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials, tools and equipment. This role ensures accuracy in inventory records and supports Transmission operational needs.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Perform day-to-day storeroom tasks such as receiving, storing, issuing and returning materials, tools and equipment to maintain accurate inventory levels.
Conduct cycle counts, reconciliations, audits, and inspections to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance with quality standards.
Safely operate material-handling equipment, including forklifts, in compliance with safety guidelines.
Order material through Transmission project management software for operation projects and perform Project Closeout tasks.
Coordinate with Transmission warehouse and/or vendors to ensure timely and accurate receipt of materials, tools, and equipment.
Collaborate with Team Lead, district personnel, Supply Chain Management and other departments to meet inventory demands and address discrepancies.
Maintain organized and orderly storeroom conditions, adhering to 5S and lean practices as applicable.
Education, Experience & Skills
High school diploma or GED plus minimum 5 years of experience in warehousing and inventory management; or associate s degree in supply chain management or related field plus minimum 3 years of experience in warehousing and inventory management required.
Certification to operate forklifts or other material-handling equipment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Warehouse Management System (WMS) and inventory management software.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards, including OSHA; OSHA10 certification preferred.
Ability to work overtime as required.
Military inventory experience strongly preferred.

The Store Inventory Coordinator will receive and process product inventory, audit inventory records, and review inventory movement to assist in achieving the financial goals of the store.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Receives incoming product shipments by physically counting and verifying products received compared to invoicing.
Accurately enters receiving information in the MAC21 software system to maintain accurate inventory records.
