About the Role:
As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will play an important role in managing inbound and outbound loads and materials through our inventory tracking system (SAP), coordinating dock and yard space usage, and supporting warehouse operations at our Forest Park, GA, facility, a manufacturer of high-quality refrigerated dough.

Monitor and manage work levels on docks and within the warehouse to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and in a timely manner.

Responsibilities
Maintain adequate levels of supplies in all assigned areas, including stocking, restocking, and staging orders for delivery.
Pick and stage orders for walk-up window and batch requests, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
Conduct physical inventory counts of supply cabinets and warehouse inventory as scheduled.
Audit deliveries against receipts and documentation to ensure accuracy.
Operate materials management systems to assess inventory levels, transaction history, and pending orders.
Perform maintenance, exchange, and transport activities for specialty carts (e.g., code carts, surgical carts, respiratory boxes).
Communicate effectively with customers and team members regarding supply chain services, schedules, and requisitions.
Assist with mail preparation, book binding, laminating, and other finishing services as needed.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum of 6 months' experience in a related position, preferably in a healthcare or supply chain environment.
Experience working with a materials management system is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to consistently deliver excellent customer service.
Essential Functions
Must be able to remain in a stationary position and move/traverse throughout the facility as needed.
Frequently office and warehouse equipment operates (computers, copiers, printers, hand trucks, pallet jacks).
Frequently moves, transport, and positions supplies and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to communicate and exchange accurate information both in writing and orally.
Must be able to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple assignments.
Work Environment
Often work indoors but may sometimes work outdoors or travel to and from work sites in a car or van.
Exposed to equipment such as power tools and warehouse machinery daily.
Sometimes exposed to contaminants such as cleaning solvents.
Occasionally exposed to sounds and noise levels that are distracting or uncomfortable; machinery can be quite loud.
May have to get into awkward positions to reach cramped workspaces.

Location/Travel: This position requires reliable transportation. Travel with your own reliable transportation is required for this position. You will be traveling to various client locations around and outside the area.
Hours: Monday-Friday 6 AM - 3 PM (this can vary based on business need and does not include commute time). It is normally around a 40-hour work week and there is the possibility of working an occasional Saturday in which you would be eligible for overtime.
Job Summary: The Inventory Specialists' main responsibility is to count inventory in various convenience store locations. This role combines a fast-paced production/warehouse type role with a customer service/retail setting. After auditor completion the inventory specialist is responsible for providing the store managers with information collected from the audit process and closing the audit in the system.
Responsibilities:
· Count all physical inventory in the convenience store effectively and accurately using 10 key machine
· Work in a fast-paced logistics/warehouse/production type role in various conditions such as freezers, coolers, stockrooms, and the sales floor
· Process the end of audit report and provide to the convenience store manager
· Address and problem-solve all inventory related concerns and plan all logistics

Position Overview
As an Operations Specialist - Omni you'll be responsible for the operational execution within the Pet Care Center with specific focus on our Omni channel, through the lens of Petco's vision of "Healthier Pets. You'll ensure the efficient execution of all Omni channel processes such as Ship from Store (SFS) operations to ensure consistency with product picking, packaging, & shipping in the Pet Care Center. You'll assist in the receiving of merchandise & supplies to and from the store and to ensure that all merchandise & supplies are accurately stocked, and provide guest service, as necessary. Position Responsibilities
