We are looking for someone that has:
10+ years SaaS measurement sales experience, with a focus on selling subscription-based services to media companies and modern ad sales organizations.
Deep understanding of modern media measurement, the use of ACR technology, attribution measurement, cross-platform measurement and ID resolution.
Track record of success in selling complex offerings to top media companies (e.g. networks, publishers, cable operators, DSPs, RMNs, SSPs, etc).
Ability to prioritize, organize and operate in a fast moving, entrepreneurial start-up environment.
Demonstrated ability to work remotely and present virtually, communicate effectively with HQ teams and be in-person on some regular cadence each week.

Target base cash compensation range: $185,000-200,000 USD Annually

The Department: Onchain
Our team's mission is to enable Gemini's internal and external users to seamlessly interact with blockchain networks in a stable, secure, straightforward way. The Onchain group builds Gemini's onramps to the blockchain “from CSS to ECDSA.” Our teams are solving problems across the entire crypto product user journey, including the user experience of crypto transfers, custody and staking down to the lowest levels of blockchain protocols and cryptographic signing algorithms. Our systems facilitate on-chain transactions for billions of USD worth of digital assets using state-of-the-art technology and security. We have openings across many of our teams, including Asset Transfers, Staking, Cloud Wallets, Protocols, Signing, and Blockchain Infrastructure. The teams are small, capable, agile, and have extensive ownership of the systems and solutions. We are continually growing, solving unique problems, and discovering new opportunities.
The Role: Senior Software Engineer (Frontend)
As a Senior Software Engineer in the Onchain domain, you will work with talented engineers to enhance and expand the features of our blockchain-based products and the supporting platforms, including the Staking, Transfers, and Custody products. You will participate in solutioning for new features and products, helping to drive innovation to bring new value to users. You will contribute to the technical direction and engineering culture within your product team, leveling-up junior engineers in the process. You will also help drive operational excellence in our systems and processes. Our goal is to design, develop, deploy, and support user-facing distributed systems that serve millions of users, with a focus on safety, security, and user experience. We believe in fixing what\'s broken, automating wherever possible, and constantly improving our processes.
This role is required to be in person twice a week at either our San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY office.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement responsive, high-performance web applications using React and TypeScript.
Integrate smart contract interactions and on-chain data using libraries such as ethers.js and wagmi.
Collaborate with blockchain engineers, product managers, and designers to ship high-quality, user-focused features.
Own the entire front-end development lifecycle, from architecture and implementation to testing and deployment.
Apply secure coding practices and ensure best-in-class performance and accessibility.
Stay up to date with Web3 trends and tooling to continuously evolve our front-end capabilities.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of collaboration and technical excellence.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience building modern front-end applications in a production environment.
Proficiency with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and front-end testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Playwright, Cypress).
Hands-on experience integrating with blockchain applications or protocols (e.g., using MetaMask, WalletConnect, ethers.js).
Deep understanding of web development fundamentals, including accessibility, performance optimization, and responsive design.
Familiarity with Web3 architecture and concepts such as smart contracts, RPC endpoints, gas fees, and decentralized applications (dApps).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Salary Range: The base salary range for this role is between $140,000 - $200,000 in the State of New York, the State of California and the State of Washington. This range is not inclusive of our discretionary bonus or equity package. When determining a candidate's compensation, we consider a number of factors including skillset, experience, job scope, and current market data.
In the United States, we offer a hybrid work approach at our hub offices, balancing the benefits of in-person collaboration with the flexibility of remote work. Expectations may vary by location and role, so candidates are encouraged to connect with their recruiter to learn more about the specific policy for the role. Employees who do not live near one of our hubs are part of our remote workforce.
