Training System Requirements Analysis & Documentation

Training Support & Quality Assurance

* Support training activities for Contractor Testing (CT), Developmental Testing (DT), and Operational Testing (OT) events
* Produce and provide input to briefing packages and meeting minutes for training working groups
* Ensure all training materials meet Government quality standards and align with fleet operational requirements
* Review and validate training effectiveness through feedback from fleet operators and training coordinators
Program Coordination & Stakeholder Engagement
* Coordinate with program managers, project leads, and Government representatives on training requirements and deliverables
* Interface with Mine Warfare Training Center (MWTC) and Aviation Detachment (AvDet) training organizations
* Support training working group meetings and provide status updates on training material development
* Assist in scheduling and coordinating training events with fleet commands and training facilities

Requirements
Education:
* Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Technical Communication, or related field
Experience:
* 10+ years of professional experience in training development, instructional design, or training support for military or technical systems
* Significant experience in developing Naval Training System Plans (NTSP) and formal training documentation
* Demonstrated experience with training requirements analysis, task analysis, and front-end analysis methodologies

Essential Functions
Participate in a team of highly skilled professionals.

Specific Duties:
* Implement Person-Centered Individual Support Plans (ISP) for assigned participants. Assess individuals' strengths, skills, interests, and employment goals to create individualized plans.
* Complete all required documentation to show progress or regression towards the participant's plan goals within the quality and deadlines outlined in regulation and policy.
* Complete all required billing processes to ensure the program accurately and ethically bills for services provided.
* Maintain the health, safety, and well-being of all program participants based on each participant's ISP.
* Provide one-on-one, systematic training and support to participants to help them obtain, maintain, and excel in their jobs. Serve as liaison between the individuals and their employer's supervisory staff.
* Advocate for fair application of the participant's employer's policies, procedures, and job site opportunities. Develop competitive jobs relevant to the individual's strengths and interests.
* Ensure all participant's rights are intact and consistently enforced, upholding all confidentiality, Human Rights, and Home and Community-Based Service (HCBS) rights always.
* Manage behavioral crises utilizing Therapeutic Options Techniques.
* Maintain compliance with all documentation, at a monthly productivity level of 75% or above in billable and client-related services, and chart compliance of 85% or above.
* Complete and secure information and documents for participant charts to meet quality standards for corporate compliance, reimbursement, and CARF accreditation.
