Collaborate with data and analytics team members to support data quality checks and documentation efforts. Develop foundational knowledge in transportation data and related business domains. Education & Experience Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field. Prior internship, academic projects, or coursework related to data analysis, analytics, or business intelligence is a plus. Interest in working collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Skills & Abilities Required Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL and relational databases (or coursework covering these topics). Exposure to BI or data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker (academic or personal projects acceptable). Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas and pivot tables. Foundational understanding of data analysis concepts and metrics. Curiosity and a strong analytical mindset with a willingness to learn new tools and techniques. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Clear communication skills, with the ability to explain analyses to technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and take direction from mentors. Exposure to Python, data pipelines, ETL concepts, or Agile methodologies is a plus but not required. Non-Negotiable Logistic Requirements: Must be currently pursuing an undergraduate or master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and August 2027 Must be able to work onsite five days per week at our Dallas headquarters; housing assistance is not provided Compensation for this role is $24 per hour.
