**Requirements** :
+ 1-2 Years of Inventory Control Experience required
+ Experience with Cycle Counting WIP Inventory is preferred
+ Familiar with the Standard WH Cycle Count process
+ Microsoft Excel mid-level expertise required
+ Detailed oriented and attention to accuracy
+ Ability to Count accurately without mistakes
+ Ability to work independently. The job will be unsupervised at times
+ Ability to collaborate with onsite warehouse team for support
+ Our partner will have resources allocated to support material handling for the cycle counts
+ Lifting Medium/Heavy boxes is not a regular task. But occasional lifting is required. Up to 25 lbs
+ Physical activities at times will be required: walking, working stand-up and bending to scanbarcodes using a barcode scanner

The ideal candidate will have experience managing both a production facility and a team. They should be able to analyze each step of the manufacturing process and make effective use of resources to deliver desired outcomes. The candidate will also have an ability to follow safety and compliance guidelines diligently in order to create a healthy work environment for all employees.
This is a “hands on” management position, with day-to-day responsibility for all production related personnel and operations on the shop floor.

Responsibilities
