In 1985, it organized a sale of Punta Gorda, Florida, residential lots, attended by 1,000 in Florida and another 500 in an Atlantic City, New Jersey, casino, Caesar's World, where an orchestra played and waitresses attired in tuxedos served cocktails.
In 1988, CEO and Chairman William J. McMorrow acquired the company.
