Key Performance Indicators: * New Business Revenue: Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for new client revenue. * Client Retention Rate: Maintain or improve retention of top-tier clients * Sales Rep Quota Attainment: Ensure 70%+ of team members meet or exceed individual quotas. * Pipeline Health: Maintain a minimum 3x pipeline coverage relative to monthly revenue goals. * Client Meetings: Conduct or support a minimum of 10 in-person client meetings per month. * Top Deal Engagement: Actively support top 10% of deals by value in the region. * CRM Utilization: Ensure 100% of reps log all activity and opportunities in Salesforce. * Team Development: Conduct monthly coaching sessions and quarterly performance reviews.
