Requires a working knowledge of Genie quality principles, safe work habits, and continuous improvement methods. • Requires skill at resolving work station-related problems affecting equipment, production, or quality. • Requires sufficient human relations skill to convey information to and maintain harmony with team members. • Requires a working knowledge of production processes and equipment. • Requires the ability to perform common welds according to production and workflow requirements. • Requires the ability to perform standardized layouts of parts prior to welding, to accurately identify weld locations, and perform detailed measurements. • Requires the ability to pass the Genie Weld Test - qualify for AWS 14.3 Method B Additional Information Day and night shift positions are available running Monday - Thursday with mandatory OT on Fridays as needed. Day shift: 5AM - 3:30PM or 5:30AM - 4PM Night shift: 3:30PM - 2AM or 4:30PM - 3AM or 5PM - 3:30AM Pay rates: $17.78 (Day shift) and $19.56 (Night shift)
