    Product Testers are wanted to work from home nationwide in the US to fulfill upcoming contracts with national and international companies. We guarantee 15-25 hours per week with an hourly pay of between $25/hr. and $45/hr., depending on the In-Home Usage Test project. No experience required. Market research companies that partner with us will use questionnaires to identify and target certain types of consumers, to ensure that the right participants are engaged and to achieve the representative sample needed. Participation in these product testing and consumer panels is always free, secure and private. In-Home Usage Testing is a quick, easy and fun way to make extra cash by telling big brands what you think about their upcoming products and services in the American market. Your Responsibilities • Performs a variety of tasks involving strenuous manual labor in general or heavy/highway construction projects; performs manual work. • Shovels bituminous concrete (asphalt) into construction areas. • Excavates and fills trenches and ditches. • Maintains a clean job site: picks up all tools and equipment and secures job site each day to eliminate potential hazards. • Performs materials handling and storage. • Loads and unloads trucks and hauls and hoists materials. • Ensures that proper safety and incident reporting procedures are followed. • Providing assistance to Foremen and other Supervisors as needed, mixing, pouring and spreading materials, erecting and stripping form work. • Laborers may also spend time with traffic control and flagging. • Laborers operate a variety of equipment and must adhere to company safety procedures and practices at all times. Supervisory Responsibility This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Position Type and Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position. Normal days and hours of work are Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. with time provided for lunch, hours may vary. Work may be local or out of town in which case overnight stays are required. This position frequently requires long hours and weekend work. Travel/ Driving Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected.
