Supervise, train, and evaluate performance of foremen and journeymen.
Maintain and update daily, weekly, and monthly labor schedules.
Ensure all employees operating company vehicles are enrolled in and compliant with the LENS program.
Distribute employee paychecks to job sites as needed.
Availability & Travel
Be available on call 24/7 to address field labor needs and emergencies.
Travel to out-of-town job sites when necessary.
Safety
Partner with the Safety Manager to maintain required safety training for all foremen.
Hold foremen accountable for attending safety meetings and adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications:
Education & Experience

Strong knowledge of labor coordination, union agreements, and trade jurisdictional issues.

FUNCTIONAL ROLE
The Installer will actively participate in the installation and or service support aspect of the required contract, visiting job sites throughout the domestic U.S, via driving or flying.
Field work settings require the coordination, planning, scheduling, installation, removal and/or repair of Shannon's Thermal / Acoustic Blanket Insulation, a self-contained insulation system in boiler rooms, mechanical rooms, commercial and industrial equipment settings exposed to the outdoors and indoors, anywhere in the country.
Will work under the supervision of the Senior Lead Installer and will work to support the Service Support Installation team and be responsible to support many aspects of for proper project installation execution through proper decision making.
The Installer will perform a hands-on physical, mechanical approach, required with some bending, kneeling, climbing and lifting.
Power Tool / Power Lift / Ladder use may also be required.
Customer interaction is required and will be coordinated by the Senior Lead Intaller's Team, Territory Manager, Project Manager, Designer, Regional Sales Representative or End-User Customer.
Most travel will be Monday to Friday, 2-4 days, though weekends will be required depending on the demands of the business
The Senior Lead Installer will provide direct support to the commissioning of projects in the field.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by the employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
Body position: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for prolonged periods of time while driving to facilities or customer's sites, meeting with vendors and customers, and doing paperwork. WORKING CONDITIONS
The work for this position will be divided between a climate controlled production manufacturing environment for approximately 20% of the time, with the remainder of the time spent outside in business locations while making contact with potential and current customers and visiting potential new customers. From this movement the employee will encounter varying temperatures. The normal auto and air travel hazards will apply. Travel will be in all types of weather including snow, cold, heat, humidity, fog, rain and freezing temperatures.
Employee will also be required to stand for extended periods of time during work.
The noise level in the work environment is usually low, however, moderate noise levels can also be encountered around operating equipment in the production area or while visiting customer sites.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
General Site Installation & Service Support Duties:
Properly execute the project at hand, meeting target requirements on installation scheduling. Product installation will include safety training, coordinating the un-packing, staging material placement and material handling of blankets to their marked or tagged location. Installation includes wrapping or placement of blanket designs and pieces on surfaces, using integral fastener hardware applying the product with PPE (Personnel Protective Equipment) commonplace in a commercial industrial setting. Execute the skills necessary to field modify and repair blanket insulation, that meets the mark on quality. Knowledge and understanding of mechanical steam & hot water systems is a plus (Valves, Fittings, Piping, Pumps, Tanks, Etc), HVAC knowledge is a plus. Provide a professional experience for the customer when executing an installation, meeting the mark on quality and time. Accommodate the needs and demands of the customer, in a professional conduct. Report directly to the Senior Support Supervisor and provide open communication on policy and matters and or concerns. Provide guidance and leadership to all people connected to the project as a team. Assess and communicate all challenges and problems associated with the work environment, the field application and or design fit issues.

National Railroad Safety Services, Inc. (NRSS) is seeking a Roadway Worker In Charge (RWIC) to support railroad flagging services for Class 1 Railroads, Regional Short Lines, Transit Systems, State DOT's, as well as Railroad Suppliers, Contractors, and Consultants alike.
Required Education:
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Required Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience with a Class 1 Railroad, Regional Short Line, Transit System, State DOT Rail Division, Railroad Supplier, Railroad Contractor, and/or Railroad Consultant; preferably within the Maintenance Of Way (MOW) Department.
