This position supports daily production operations within our facility and works closely with plant supervisors, production staff, and skilled trades. Responsibilities include assisting with concrete production, handling materials, cleaning and maintaining molds and work areas, and supporting finishing and yard operations. This role requires strong attention to safety, the ability to perform physical work in an industrial environment, and a willingness to learn.
