What You Will Do:
Guidehouse has an exciting opportunity for a Microsoft Dynamics Architect to support our client's Case Management system. As an Architect, you will work with the technical team to design and deliver the case management solution within a given time, identify risks and mitigate the risk during the design phase. You will be responsible for high-quality projects. You will work with the client, PM, and BA and streamline the communication between teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather technical requirements and propose solutions based on client's architectural and business needs
Drive Dynamics CRM implementations through all project phases, including discovery, definition, build, test, and deploy
Lead data-centric discussions with the client through discovery meetings.
Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, system diagrams, and prototypes
Develop integrations and customizations to Dynamics CRM
Design and lead the system architecture process to create, define specifications for, and implement customizations for any custom code or data migration requirements
Present tailored demonstrations of the technology solution
Work with technology and business groups to define project specifications
Develop technical solution designs and implementation plans and take full ownership of the Dynamics 365 solution
Interact with both prospective and current customers during product demos/evaluations
Enhance efficiency of development, testing and release process; develop tools and frameworks to ensure robust and high-quality delivery of Dynamics 365 Implementations
Document technical risks and issues, and actively work to avoid, mitigate, resolve risks and technical debt
Relay of the solution design to the development team and provide technical guidance during development of the solution to the development team.
Travel to multiple customer locations for demos and meetings when required
What You Will Need:

We need a Talent Acquisition & Compensation Lead to build upon and run existing systems to enable faster and more hiring across all our teams, which include software engineers, geophysical experts, geologists, drilling managers, administrators, finance, and more.
Outcomes - Problems you'll solve The Talent Acquisition & Compensation Lead will be responsible for the recruiting process such as building a healthy pipeline of candidates, managing initial screening and candidate interactions, and ensuring the candidate interactions with the company are smooth. Success will primarily be measured in speed in which we close qualified candidates through a structured process, targeting 5 weeks for time-to-hire. You will build other systems to track and improve our ability to measure recruiting success. Secondarily, the Lead will maintain a longer-term hiring plan and make sure Executive team members and necessary stakeholders are updated on the process. Additionally, the Talent Acquisition & Compensation Lead will support our People Ops function for compensation research and bi-annual comp review. Key example activities include:
Maintain and improve scorecards and structured interviews for priority roles; train interviewers and achieve >90% feedback form completion.
Proactive outreach to qualified candidates for roles based on Hiring Managers' blueprint of an ideal candidate, in addition to vetting inbounds.
Maintain / Reduce time-to-accept by ~20% through streamlined stages, calibrated rubrics, and faster decision cycles.
Support research function for salary bands for ≥80% of roles; introduce offer guardrails within internal salary bands
Optimize ATS/HRIS configuration; create single source of truth for accepted offers as well as tracking reasons for decline, if applicable.

A Lead Service Technician is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and replacement of vehicle tires. They play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and performance of various types of vehicles by providing expert services. This position involves inspecting tires for signs of wear, damage, and improper alignment, as well as performing necessary repairs or tire replacements. Service Technicians also advise customers on proper tire maintenance and selection based on their specific vehicle needs. As a Lead Service Technician, you must be confident and capable of performing retail tire services, oil changes preventative maintenance, and Under Car Mechanical. As a lead, this role will be expected to coach, train, and mentor other Service Technicians in their duties.
RESPONSIBILITIES to include, but are not limited to:
Mounting and dismounting tires on vehicles.
Balancing tires to ensure proper weight distribution.
Identifying and repairing punctures or other damage to tires.
Patching or plugging tires as necessary.
Conducting visual inspections of the vehicle for signs of wear or damage.
Understanding of basic car components. (Suspension, brakes, Steering, wiper blades, dash lights, Head/Tail Lights, etc.)
Evaluating vehicle or trailer and lift using proper equipment in accordance to safety protocols.
Rotating tires at regular intervals to promote even tread wear.
Checking and adjusting tire pressure to the recommended levels.
Tire sizing, brands, tread design, bead types, features & benefits
Wheel bolt patterns, lug nut styles and thread pitches, wheel lip styles, TPMS styles, reverse mount, proper clamping
Tube sizing, valve stem styles, rubber compounds
Interacting with customers to understand their tire needs and providing recommendations.
Proper greeting and phone etiquette.
Understanding of store product inventory, receiving product, and locating product.
Maintaining and calibrating equipment, such as tire changers and balancers.
Inspecting tires for defects and ensuring they meet safety standards.
Maintaining records of tire installations, repairs, and other services performed.
Adhering to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries.
Draining old engine oil from vehicles.
Removing and replacing oil filters.
Checking and topping off other fluids, such as transmission fluid, brake fluid, and coolant.
Using proper equipment to flush fluids such as, coolant, brake, & transmission.
Applying lubricants to various vehicle components as needed.
Inspecting and Replacing air filters, cabin air filters, and fuel filters as needed.
Replacing or repairing brake components such as brake pads, rotors, calipers, master cylinders and brake lines.
Conducting tests to ensure proper brake function and making necessary adjustments.
Checking and inspecting wheel bearings for wear and tear.
Replacing or repairing worn or damaged suspension/steering parts, such as ball joints, tie rods, shocks, struts, springs and bushings.
Performing visual inspections to identify signs of misalignment, such as uneven tire wear, bent or broken parts, & measuring worn parts tolerances.
Operating computerized wheel alignment equipment to measure and adjust wheel angles, including camber, caster, and toe.
Requirements
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Technical or vocational training courses in automotive repair, tire technology, or a related field a plus
Familiarity with tire repair tools for tire changes, balancing, and repairs preferred
Willingness to pursue TIA certification with company support and assistance
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required
Physical Fitness: Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and perform physically demanding tasks.
Manual Dexterity: Skill in handling tools and performing precise tasks with hands
Attention to Detail: Precision in inspecting and repairing tires to ensure vehicle and personal safety
Customer Service Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers, explaining technical aspects in an understandable manner
Problem-Solving Abilities: Aptitude for diagnosing issues and determining the best course of action for repairs
