Coordinates public meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes. The starting salary will be based on the education and experience of the successful candidate. The District conducts annual performance evaluations that may award applicable pay increases based on positive employee performance. Essential Functions Works closely with project managers to format and assemble the Consolidated Annual Report. Conducts editing, proofing, printing and mailing of draft and final document. Provides administrative support for Executive, Communications, Government and Community Affairs, the Inspector General and the Ombudsman. This includes mail and phone call processing and routing, data entry, reviewing and editing documents, scheduling meetings, attending meetings to take minutes and serving as primary backup for the receptionist. Provides administrative support for public meetings. Serves as the primary support for Springs meetings and backup support for Advisory Committee meetings. Attends planning meetings and provides feedback on clerical data; prepares documents for meetings; coordinates attendance and records minutes. Helps facilitate meetings as needed.
