    We are seeking a mission-focused individual with deep experience in ArcGIS Enterprise deployment and administration, particularly in federated and multi-enclave DoD environments. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Linux (e.g., RHEL) operating systems, and be capable of deploying and maintaining Esri's enterprise GIS stack in on-premise, cloud (e.g., AWS), and DDIL (Denied, Degraded, Intermittent, Limited) environments. Experience working in secure and tactically constrained networks is essential. Primary Responsibilities: * Design, deploy, and manage ArcGIS Enterprise in Linux environments across on-premises and virtual platforms. * Configure, maintain and troubleshoot federated ArcGIS Enterprise systems in DDIL environments, including support for replication, synchronization, and bandwidth-limited operations. * Develop geospatial automation tools and workflows using Python, including the ArcGIS API for Python, geoprocessing scripts, and other Python libraries as necessary. * Implement and maintain secure, multi-enclave environments and cross-domain GIS data flow. * Assist with creating interactive spatial products using ArcGIS Enterprise applications such as ArcGIS Dashboards, Experience Builder, and StoryMaps. * Collaborate with sysadmins, developers, and mission analysts to integrate GIS services with other enterprise applications and interfaces. * Author detailed technical documentation, configuration baselines, and SOPs in compliance with DoD and NIST guidelines. Required Qualifications: * U.S. Citizenship and active DoD Secret clearance with ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI. * 5+ years of hands-on experience deploying and managing ArcGIS Enterprise (10.9.1 or newer). * Bachelors and 8-12 years of relevant experience. * Demonstrated experience with Linux (RHEL preferred) system administration in support of GIS infrastructure including installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting. * Experience deploying ArcGIS Enterprise solutions in virtual environments. * Deep understanding of federated server configurations and enclave-separated GIS systems. * Python scripting skills, especially with the ArcGIS API for Python. * Experience working in DDIL or disconnected tactical environments, (e.g., offline data, map caches). * Familiarity with secure DoD infrastructure and cross-domain deployment patterns. * Minimum of IAT II Certifications to meet DoD 8140 compliance: CompTIA Security+ (or equivalent) and training or vendor certifications in Windows, Linux, VMWare, Cisco (CCNP/CCNA). * GISP (Certified GIS Professional) certification. Preferred Qualifications: * Understanding of PostgreSQL/PostGIS, SQL Server, and other enterprise database platform integration. * Experience developing with ArcGIS Enterprise application capabilities (ArcGIS Experience Builder, ArcGIS Dashboards, and ArcGIS StoryMaps) to add mission-focused value. * Experience configuring tools for monitoring system performance and availability. * Familiarity with DevSecOps practices, including containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure-as-Code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible). * Familiarity with network concepts and topics, such as domains, directories, DNS, HTTPS, firewalls, proxies, load-balancing. * Familiarity with authentication concepts and topics (e.g., SAML). * Experience supporting ArcGIS Enterprise 11.3+, with emphasis on modern Esri capabilities, updated security models, and cloud/hybrid deployments. DCGS-N is the Navy's premier Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) processing system. The successful applicant will be a major contributor to intelligence software integration in PMW 120's System Engineering Division. Candidates should possess an administrator-level understanding of n-tier Enterprise applications (DB, app server, and client) architecture/management as well as the capacity to develop detailed installation procedures and/or automation.
