What you will do
In this vital role you will join a team of impactful manufacturing associates that leverage adaptability, agility, teamwork, and curiosity. Leidos is seeking an Industrial Security Representative (ISR)/FSO to support the Air Force Cloud 1 ACSS contract in Concord MA. The ISR/FSO is responsible for safeguarding industrial installations, resources, materials, tools, and information essential to the organization's operations. Protects and manages classified information and equipment developed by, or entrusted to, the organization, requiring in-depth understanding of security policies, procedures, and oversight requirements for the proper classification, access, handling, storage, and destruction of classified or sensitive material. Responsible for developing, implementing and analyzing programs ensuring adherence to federal laws, regulations and directives for classification management. Responsible for management of clearance prescreening, verification and maintenance, including upgrades or downgrades, crossovers of existing clearances, continuous vetting, and periodic reinvestigations at all clearance levels. Responsible for foreign visitor and facility access, special and restricted access programs, briefing and debriefing individuals on requirements and responsibilities of privileged access to sensitive programs. Senior levels may also include oversight of threat mitigation, including the planning, development and management of corporate asset protection programs.
The ISR/FSO works under the guidance of the Leidos Defense & Intel IT, Business Area Security Manager in the application of Leidos security standards and practices to existing government facilities identified by the contract.
The ISR/FSO is responsible for implementing the industrial security program and ensuring company and customer security requirements are met. The ISR/FSO will directly support the customer and be committed to protecting classified information, assets, and secure spaces. The candidate will serve as a security team member and will directly interface and collaborate with key leaders and customers. Specifically, the candidate will safeguard all assets and information and process/manage OSA and access control requirements and visit requests. This position will provide security management and implementation of security policies and procedures within the facility. Areas of emphasis are physical security, information security, OPSEC, and verification of clearances/accesses. The ISR/FSO will be required to interact with and provide security support to DoD officials. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
Primary Responsibilities
* Conduct ISR/FSO duties in the following areas: process of Prime and Sub DD254s; escorting uncleared personnel/visitors; maintain facility checklists; conduct routine inspections; maintain databases; respond to emerging security-related issues; process outgoing visit requests and validate incoming visit requests; management, maintenance and accreditation preservation of Open Storage Area (OSA).
* Conduct Personnel Security processing actions including requesting, reviewing, approving, and submitting clearances packages in accordance with customer requirements.
* Maintain Personnel Security databases to track new employee security clearance actions and annual security training completion status.
* Conduct security self-inspections, apply risk mitigation methodologies, support customer assessments, and implement security measures to meet requirements.
* Coordinate with Leidos security professionals, program managers, capture managers, counterintelligence investigators.
* Coordinate with external stakeholders, such as government customers, oversight authorities (e.g., DCSA, Air Force), OSA accreditation inspections.

Basic Qualifications
* Typically requires a BA degree and 8 - 12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6 - 10 years of prior relevant experience. Experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
* Prior experience as a Facility Security Officer and/or CPSO
* FSO training certificate for possessing facilities from DCSA
* Through working knowledge of the NISPOM, Air Force and other relevant DoD security guidance as well as the Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) standards

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems has an opening for a **Air Vehicle System Test Engineer - Engineering Field Service Representative** (FSR) to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals within our Test and Evaluation (T&E) organization.
This position requires 6+ months of training on a Domestic Assignment to **Pax River, MD and Rancho Bernardo, CA.** After training is completed, it is expected that the candidate will be available to deploy to **Japan, Italy, United Arab Emirates, or Guam** for a minimum of **24 months** , based on current business needs.
