Qualifications:

Essential Functions:

Both roles are in-person with hybrid flexibility available after onboarding.
Schedule Requirements:
Therapists set their own schedule, but must be available to see clients at least two evenings a week ending at 7pm or if evening work is not desired, weekend hours are also available.

Compensation & Perks:
LSW/LMHCA
: $50 to $55 per hour with estimated annual earnings of:
$50,000-$55,000 base with with a sustainable caseload of 20 sessions per week.
Up to $60,000 to $68,750 with a caseload increased caseload of 25 sessions per week (optional).
LCSW/LMHC/LMFT: $60-$65 per hour with estimated annual earnings:
$57,600 to 62,400 per year with a sustainable caseload of 20 sessions per week.
Up to $72,000-$81,250/year with an increased caseload of 25 sessions per week (optional)

W-2 employment
- we cover our share of payroll taxes, so you're not responsible for the full self-employment tax required in 1099 roles.
While this is a W-2 position, traditional benefits such as insurance and PTO are not currently available in this position.

Maintain timely, ethical, and accurate documentation in SimplePractice
Manage your own schedule and caseload with autonomy (and support when needed)
Participate in team meetings and trainings.

The Role:
You'll guide patients through their recovery journey using evidence-based interventions, person-centered treatment planning, and therapeutic counseling. You'll also collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure each patient receives holistic support-meeting not just clinical needs but emotional, social, and behavioral ones, too.
What You'll Do:
Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and create individualized treatment plans
Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions focused on recovery and behavior change
Maintain thorough and timely documentation of treatment progress in accordance with regulations
Modify treatment plans based on clinical feedback and evolving patient needs
Respond to crises and provide immediate support or intervention
Collaborate closely with medical providers, case managers, and community partners
Support patient aftercare planning and coordinate referrals to additional resources
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, trainings, and clinical case reviews
Advocate for patients' needs within the treatment system and community
What We're Looking For:
Master's degree in Addiction Counseling, Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
Current and unrestricted state licensure to practice independently as a behavioral health professional (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent)
Experience in substance use disorder treatment preferred
Proficiency in evidence-based counseling practices and treatment planning
Strong communication skills and the ability to foster trust and rapport
Familiarity with ethical, regulatory, and confidentiality standards in behavioral health
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a treatment team
