In this role, you will contribute to a team that values innovation, rigor, and practical impact in talent selection by: * Developing and validating custom selection tools and processes * Consulting with recruiters and business leaders in support of selection activities and tools, as well as contributing to large scale planning related to functional area deliverables * Partnering in the design, development, and implementation of online assessment tools * Acting as a subject matter expert on selection methodology and contributing to the continuous improvement of S&A team strategy and delivery * Analyzing the effectiveness of current selection processes and leading improvement initiatives * Developing processes and materials for recruiters and managers, enabling them to use selection tools and techniques more effectively * Providing expertise on selection-related policies and regulatory requirements * Reviewing and analyzing moderately complex operational challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors * Resolving moderately complex issues and meeting project deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements * Collaborating and consulting with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals * Managing and delivering on multiple projects and/or work efforts, ensuring alignment with expectations and timelines Required Qualifications: * 2+ years of Selection experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: * Advanced degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology preferred * Proven ability to validate selection tools and processes to ensure fairness, legal compliance, and alignment with organizational goals * Experience developing selection tools and processes to enhance efficiency and consistency in hiring practices * Experience consulting on selection and assessment policies and best practices with peers, leaders, and business partners * Exceptional project and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple work efforts simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and develop systems to meet deadlines * Adaptability and resilience in fast-paced environments, with the ability to navigate changing priorities, adjust quickly to new demands, and consistently deliver results even in challenging circumstances. * Experience identifying, assessing, and evaluating vendor provided services * Knowledge and understanding of state and federal employment laws * Experience reviewing, interpreting, and evaluating statistical analyses and technical documentation related to assessment tools * Experience with large-scale selection and assessment initiatives * Experience working in a consulting firm or highly matrixed environment Job Expectations: * This position offers a hybrid schedule * Relocation assistance is not available for this position * This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship Posting Locations: * Charlotte, NC * Minneapolis, MN * Des Moines, IA * San Antonio, TX * Irving, TX * Phoenix, AZ #HRJobs Pay Range Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position.
