Wraparound is a planning process that follows a series of steps to help children and their families realize their goals. Wraparound is different for each family served, since the plans that are developed are tailored by the individual family.

Wraparound Therapist Position Specifics:
Under the direction of the Clinical Supervisor and the Wraparound Service Supervisor, the Wraparound Therapist provides individual and family therapy to clients in the Wraparound Program with a key focus on substance abuse.
The Wraparound Therapist is part of a team that works intensively with the child and family members to address critical behavioral problems and tries to stabilize the home environment so that the family can remain together.
The Wraparound Therapist serves as a collaborator and liaison to the Rock Island Immersion Site agencies and other mental health programs.
Additionally, the Wraparound Therapist completes all necessary documentation in accordance with agency and immersion site guidelines.
Wraparound Therapist Position Qualifications:
Master's degree from an accredited school of social work or related human service field and,
Three years of experience as a therapist practitioner for a Therapist I position, or a Master's degree from an accredited school of social work or related human service field and five years of experience as a therapist practitioner and licensure for a Therapist II position.

Position Summary
The Therapist is responsible for providing individual and group therapy sessions for clients in a specialized Outpatient facility. Position is responsible for assessing the therapeutic needs of the individuals and families, and for developing appropriate treatment. Therapists act as the primary contact for clients and families throughout the treatment process and serve as a client advocate with the treatment team. Position acts as a liaison with referral sources, clinical partners, and individuals to coordinate care throughout the treatment process.

Demonstrates a high level of clinical skill in assessing the clinical needs of clients, determining appropriate interventions, and conducting individual and group therapy sessions in accordance with these needs.
Completes psychosocial evaluations, treatment plans, contact logs, discharge plans and other reports required for each client in compliance with State, accrediting bodies, quality guidelines and payor source guidelines.
Conducts weekly individual and family therapy sessions for assigned caseload.
Monitors behavioral interventions for each client and provides skills coaching as needed.
Conducts specialized groups as assigned based on education, training, and experience; supervises or co-leads groups with staff or interns when appropriate.
Selects appropriate interventions to meet the clinical needs of individual clients.
Maintains therapeutic relationship with clients using praise and other reinforcers to encourage appropriate behaviors and attitudes.
Sets limits and hold boundaries in a kind and firm manner.
Demonstrates effective verbal crisis intervention and de-escalation, involving other staff as needed.
Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate client care from admission through discharge.
Attends weekly clinical, consultation and business meetings; present cases to be discussed as pre-assigned.
Completes documentation in a timely and accurate manner reflecting ongoing assessment of client's clinical presentation and behaviors.
Communicates client progress with the referral source, family, parent, or guardian informed of treatment goals and plans, as appropriate.
Documents in accordance with policies and procedures services provided, incident reports, shift reports, or department reports in a timely and accurate manner.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
Position requires a master's degree in social work, marriage and family therapy or psychology. Must hold Iowa State licensure (LMSW, LMHC, or Temporary MHC), in good standing. Position requires a minimum of two (1) years experience working with clients with clients with primary mental health diagnosis.
Other Requirements
Position requires incumbent to have a valid driver's license.
Clearance of TB test, fingerprinting and state clearance, and any other mandatory state/federal requirements.
Current CPR and First Aid certification.

Qualifications
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Board Certified
Experience preferred
DOT Certification required within 6 months of practicing
Hold an unrestricted medical license in the state of Iowa
Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the Advanced Practitioners field of practice

Position Summary
The Therapist is responsible for providing individual and group therapy sessions for clients in a specialized Outpatient facility. Position is responsible for assessing the therapeutic needs of the individuals and families, and for developing appropriate treatment. Therapists act as the primary contact for clients and families throughout the treatment process and serve as a client advocate with the treatment team. Position acts as a liaison with referral sources, clinical partners, and individuals to coordinate care throughout the treatment process.
Essential Responsibilities

Demonstrates a high level of clinical skill in assessing the clinical needs of clients, determining appropriate interventions, and conducting individual and group therapy sessions in accordance with these needs.
Completes psychosocial evaluations, treatment plans, contact logs, discharge plans and other reports required for each client in compliance with State, accrediting bodies, quality guidelines and payor source guidelines.
Conducts weekly individual and family therapy sessions for assigned caseload.
Monitors behavioral interventions for each client and provides skills coaching as needed.
Conducts specialized groups as assigned based on education, training, and experience; supervises or co-leads groups with staff or interns when appropriate.
Selects appropriate interventions to meet the clinical needs of individual clients.
Maintains therapeutic relationship with clients using praise and other reinforcers to encourage appropriate behaviors and attitudes.
Sets limits and hold boundaries in a kind and firm manner.
Demonstrates effective verbal crisis intervention and de-escalation, involving other staff as needed.
Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate client care from admission through discharge.
Attends weekly clinical, consultation and business meetings; present cases to be discussed as pre-assigned.
Completes documentation in a timely and accurate manner reflecting ongoing assessment of client's clinical presentation and behaviors.
Communicates client progress with the referral source, family, parent, or guardian informed of treatment goals and plans, as appropriate.
Documents in accordance with policies and procedures services provided, incident reports, shift reports, or department reports in a timely and accurate manner.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
Position requires a master's degree in social work, marriage and family therapy or psychology. Must hold Iowa State licensure (LMSW, LMHC, or Temporary MHC), in good standing. Position requires a minimum of two (1) years experience working with clients with clients with primary mental health diagnosis.
Other Requirements
Position requires incumbent to have a valid driver's license.
Clearance of TB test, fingerprinting and state clearance, and any other mandatory state/federal requirements.
Current CPR and First Aid certification.

We are looking to add an Outpatient Counselor to our team in Maquoketa. This role will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments and facilitating group and individual sessions for patients seeking assistance with substance use disorders.
As the Outpatient Counselor you will:
Conduct comprehensive substance use evaluations for new patients to determine their individual needs and the level of care required.
Collaborate with community partners to conduct evaluations in person and via telehealth for incarcerated patients.
Complete engagement activities and partner with Supervisor to ensure patients exiting incarceration are assigned a regular Counselor upon release.
Lead group counseling sessions for patients; providing education, support, and guidance in a supportive group setting.
Collaborate with the clinical team on patients' individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, outlining specific goals and objectives.
Maintain timely, accurate and confidential records of patient sessions, including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and group attendance records, in compliance with agency policies and regulations.
Provide urinalysis monitoring on an as needed basis.
Requirements
Qualified candidates will have a bachelors degree in a human services field and one year of related work experience. This position requires a valid driver's license and the ability to pass an extensive background check
