School counselors and Child Development Center Counselors are assigned to DoDEA schools, military childcare centers, and in some cases, local community schools. Counselors should have experience working in a school setting to qualify for CYB positions. CYB counselors are also assigned to youth programs, summer camps, and for on demand assignments. CYB counselors are responsible for working closely with military branch Points of Contact (POCs) to assure that the program is provided within the scope of the contract and meets the needs of assigned installation.

Our agency is actively looking for a full-time Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT or LAMFT). Our team is full of passionate, trusted, and knowledgeable providers that supports the wellbeing of children and families in our region.
As a Mental Health Professional or Clinical Trainee, you will work with children, families, couples, and a team of providers, to improve their ability to prevent, identify, treat, and reduce the impact of mental health problems among children, families, and couples. This clinician will work with our youth and family team to coordinate care and services and has direct contact with children and family in the home, community, clinic or Telemedicine setting. Assessment and psychotherapy services will be delivered both individually and family-based. The position includes travel, and mileage is reimbursed at the IRS rate.
Alluma offers clinical supervision to support your clinical dreams of becoming a Mental Health Professional. We offer board-certified supervisor in Marriage and Family Therapy. We will also provide evidence-based training in family therapy, trauma approaches, and development in Early Childhood!

Qualifications
Candidates are required to have a master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college/university and to have obtained licensure in Marriage and Family Therapy
Candidates should be a fully licensed mental health professionals (LMFT) or Clinical Trainees (LAMFT) with a valid state of Minnesota/North Dakotalicense
Ideal candidates will have a general knowledge of family therapy services, community resources, comfort with fee collection at time of service, and previous experience with mental health documentation
Required experience with completing DAs, treatment plans and clinical case notes
Required experience with children, adolescents, couples, and families
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
Access to a personal vehicle and the ability and willingness to use the vehicle in carrying out position responsibilities.
Valid driver's license and insurable under agency's automobile insurance policy
Must pass criminal background study through DHS NetStudy 2.0

Contributes to overarching strategy to provide quality and cost-effective member care.
Essential Job Duties
* Assesses services for members to ensure optimum outcomes, cost-effectiveness and compliance with all state/federal regulations and guidelines.
* Analyzes clinical service requests from members or providers against evidence based clinical guidelines.
* Identifies appropriate benefits, eligibility and expected length of stay for requested treatments and/or procedures.
* Conducts reviews to determine prior authorization/financial responsibility for Molina and its members.
* Processes requests within required timelines.
* Refers appropriate cases to medical directors (MDs) and presents them in a consistent and efficient manner.
* Requests additional information from members or providers as needed.
* Makes appropriate referrals to other clinical programs.
* Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to promote the Molina care model.
* Adheres to utilization management (UM) policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
* At least 2 years experience, including experience in hospital acute care, inpatient review, prior authorization, managed care, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
* Registered Nurse (RN). License must be active and unrestricted in state of practice.
* Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines.
* Excellent organizational, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Microsoft Office suite/applicable software program(s) proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
* Certified Professional in Healthcare Management (CPHM).
* Recent hospital experience in an intensive care unit (ICU) or emergency room.
