Regular shifts (i.e., part-time, daylight, afternoon, and overnight shifts) are at a rate of $22.25 per hour. *Prospective employees hired for a Full-Time Therapeutic Staff Support (TSS) Position will receive a $5,000 sign‐on bonus. 25% of the total sign-on bonus, which is $1,250 for Full-Time positions, will be paid after completion of 30 calendar days of employment. The remaining 75%, $3,750 for Full-Time positions, will be awarded after completion of 119 calendar days of employment. 25% of the total amount of the sign‐on bonus will be contingent upon the prospective employee attending the planned orientation date that was provided during the interview. If the planned orientation date is missed, the prospective employee will not receive the bonus payout which occurs after the first 30 days of employment, which is 25% of the total sign-on bonus and is equal to $1,250.
