This role is responsible for preparing, cooking, and delivering flavorful dishes to our guests, ensuring that every bite is a satisfying and memorable experience. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Open/close kitchen when needed. Prepare a variety of different appetizers/entrees for guests and ensure food preparation to keep the kitchen and line fully stocked. Wash and sanitize all pans, utensils, and dishes. Clean, sanitize, and maintain dish machine. Scrape, rinse, and load dishes and utensils into dish machine; unload and organize them properly. Empty trash containers regularly and maintain a clean work area by sweeping and mopping as needed. Perform additional cleaning duties and clean food prep stations and equipment as requested. Control and direct the food preparation process while collaborating with front-of-house staff to ensure excellent service. Deliver a consistently high level of customer service to each guest. Required Qualifications: At least 1 year of experience as a line cook or in a kitchen environment preferred but not required. Ability to work independently and with a kitchen team, dividing responsibilities and monitoring staff. Credentials in health and safety training. Certification that meets local requirements. Must be flexible with hours. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs during normal operations. Deliver a consistently high level of customer service to each guest.
