JOB SUMMARY: The position will work as a shift equipment operator on a bagging facility and undergo training for maintenance. Position requires operation of forklift and manlift. Facility is a growing startup operated by an established industrial company. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1-2 years' experience in a production environment preferred. Assist the plant maintenance program based on best practices with an emphasis on preventive maintenance using equipment vendor guidance. Record the use and inventories of spare parts, maintenance supplies, and equipment and initiates reordering when necessary. Assist with preventive and corrective/emergent maintenance tasks across the warehouse and production areas including installed equipment, facilities, and forklifts.
